GENERAL TERMS OF USE SAGE COLIBRI

Fabienne Mendoza sole proprietorship, registered under number 915 344 584, located at 9 Domaine du Petit Beauregard, 78170 La Celle St-Cloud (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator"), publisher and operator of the website "www.sagecolibri.fr" (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), has established the present general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the "GTCU"), governing access to and use of the Site.

ARTICLE 1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GUS

Prior to any use of the Site, you acknowledge that you have read these GTC and accept them without restriction or reservation.

These GCU also apply to any variation or extension of the Site on existing or future social or community networks or applications.

ARTICLE 11. PARTIAL NULLITY

If one or more stipulations of these GCU are declared null and void by application of the law, a regulation or a final decision of a French court, the other stipulations shall retain their full force and scope.

ARTICLE 12. APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES

This contract is governed exclusively by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
